When the noted New York City-based structural engineering firm Ysrael A. Seinuk, P.C. The Solution

With the Avaya solution in place, YAS has reduced telecommunication charges by routing calls between the company’s offices over its own data network. Each employee is just a four-digit extension away, and calls can be seamlessly transferred from site to site. The company also has a single, centralized voicemail system so customer messages can be easily forwarded to a colleague at another location.

A built-in IP Office conferencing function has improved staff efficiency and collaboration, while eliminating the need for costly outside conferencing services. Employees can set up a multiparty conference on the fly or schedule one in advance. No special equipment is required.
