Independent Survey Gives CTI a 98.8% Customer Approval Rating*

As an Avaya Business Partner each year “CTI” is required to participate in a customer satisfaction survey. This year, the survey was performed for Avaya in a confidential fashion by Walker Information Inc., an independent market research firm.

CTI has consistently achieved a rating of “excellent” by our customers and has repeatedly scored among the highest in the nation. We are proud of our ability to service our customers in a fashion that is second to none.

Kudos to you, Gerry Supple, Steve Moran, David Moore and Chris Poulopoulos for all their hard work and dedication. I received excellent project management from start to finish with David, thorough and comprehensive training from Chris, Gerry and Steve’s expansive knowledge and experience to make this system work and work well! And of course thank you Alan for pulling together a great team and making this happen.

I wanted to take the time to acknowledge and thank two of your valuable employees: Mr. Andrew Wu and Mr. Steve Moran for their outstanding services to Volunteers of America-Greater NY, Inc. Andrew and Steve have tremendously impressed me with their skills and professionalism, while assisting with the process of transferring our internet and phone services from one location to another. These gentlemen were extremely knowledgeable and worked diligently in assisting our organization achieve the desired outcomes of this project. This project was also strategically handled by Mr. Elie Theodore, Client Care Specialist, who managed not just minor obstacles, but organized all scheduling and accommodations in meeting my goals. The service provided by these three gentlemen prompted me to write this letter because I wanted to personally let you know they are exceptional technicians and all around great guys.

I wanted to take the time to praise the “CTI” team on the excellent job Frank Cippartino, Walter Walker and Steve Murray did on our recent Quincy, MA relocation move. The office move went very smooth. From the inception of the project, Steve provided a quote and reviewed it with me. He was very pleasant to deal with and explained how the process would work. He coordinated the cabling installation with “BMW” and the cabling was installed neatly and on schedule. Then Walter reaches out to me and explains how we will proceed. Walter and I start setting up conference calls with Verizon to coordinate the switching of the phone lines from the old space to the new space. He participated on the weekly project conference calls and stood connected all through the process to ensure we were on track. On the move day, Frank showed up on site to handle the PBX and phones. He went right to work and assessed everything in the old and new space. He answered all of our questions. He has a warm, pleasant disposition which made us all very comfortable around him. Most importantly, he is very knowledgeable and well rounded. There are people who are knowledgeable, but not great in explaining things. He is very good at both. On Monday morning it was business as usual in our Quincy office. We couldn’t have done it without the contribution of all of our vendors and the collaborated efforts of all. Congratulations on the wonderful team “CTI” has. Thank you for helping make our move successful!
