Senior Account Executive

CTI is looking for a dedicated, self-motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Account Executive. Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess 3-5 years of quantifiable, successful sales experience in the telecommunications and/or data industries. Prior PBX and VoIP sales experience preferred, especially AVAYA, Lucent or AT&T experience. Also, a proven history of excellent customer service values and commitment to detail. Candidates must possess high energy, be fearless, be willing to generate leads and be willing to be an integral part of a growing professional sales and service organization.

A college degree, professional presentation skills, excellent organizational skills and closing skills are required. You will earn AVAYA professional certifications through excellent product and sales training.

Job Requirements:

The Sr. Account Executive will:

Prospect for new opportunities with non-CTI Accounts.

Secure qualified appointments and conduct a well-defined, sales process consistent with our consultative sales approach. Sales process should be applications oriented and provide for a Return on Investment whenever possible.

Promote our entire product offerings: Avaya, Network Services, M/A’s, Data

Promote and enhance the well being of CTI’s in the marketplace.

Become familiar and adept in presenting Avaya’s core products, as well as network solutions, managed and professional service offerings, and extended service agreement. It is the Sr. Account Executive’s responsibility to be pro-active and keep up with our ever changing industry with regards to new product offerings and industry changes.

The Sr. Account Executive will be an integral part of the sales team, and have responsibilities with respect to:

Attending team meetings.

Submitting weekly sales rollup, as well as other reports when required by Director of Sales.

Actively using Tigerpaw, our database management tool.

Work with Operations to insure customer satisfaction.

Work within the corporate guidelines.

Promote the well being of CTI in the marketplace.
