Inside Sales Representative

CTI is looking for a dedicated, self-motivated individual to join our team as a Inside Sales Rep. Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess 1-3 years of quantifiable, successful sales experience in the telecommunications and/or data industries. Prior PBX and VoIP sales experience preferred, especially AVAYA, Lucent or AT&T experience. Also, a proven history of excellent customer service values and commitment to detail. Candidates must possess high energy, be fearless and be willing to be an integral part of a growing professional sales and service organization.

A college degree, professional presentation skills, excellent organizational skills and closing skills are required. You will earn AVAYA professional certifications through excellent product and sales training.

Job Requirements:

The Inside Sales Rep will:

  • Telemarket the existing CTI Customer Base for new sales opportunities.
  • Promote our entire product offerings: Avaya, Network Services, M/A’s, Managed and Professional Services.
  • Close business over the telephone when applicable.
  • Set up qualified appointments for outside sales reps.
  • Work with all CTI customers, with the exception of Definity clients.
  • Work with the Operations Department to insure customer satisfaction.
  • Solicit business from non-CTI prospects.
  • This position is inside sales only.

After a period in which the Inside Sales Rep demonstrates the mastering of both sales skills and product knowledge, and achieves a significant level of closed business, CTI will offer a career path to that of an Outside Account Manager.
